the eSIM is not working. I tried to download it with the email and it says it’s not valid. It worked yesterday. And now it’s asking me for PUK. I can’t access any text or calls. Help pls!

Once you click on the link, it opens to a message centre. You just have to type and press send

If it's locked to previous network, you need to get ahold of them to provide unlock code. Where did you last use the cellphone ?

It switched to public mobile yesterday and now it's all blocked out . And I can't get ahold of anyone to help. I can't receive or make any calls or text.

is the phone locked to previous network ? Have you used it with PM in the past ?
