I am a new customer. I brought my phone number from fonus mobile. I can use my phone number for calling and network but cannot use texting. I cannot register my PM number to apple id and imessage. What can I do for it?

yes, if voice and data works but only SMS an issue, it is a PM system problem with new activation. PM is aware of the problem and can only fix the issue one account at a time.

can you confirm if you activate with new number or port in number from another old provider?
For your SMS issue, PM is having problem provisioning text capability for new activations. And since you are an iPhone user, iMessage activation by phone number will also be impacted without a working SMS.
PM is working on a fix but for now, they can only resolve the issue on a case by case basis. Please open ticket with PM support by messaging CS Agent here:
