I am currently trying to change my subscription plan to this however it is not allowing me saying you are already subscribed to a plan.
I would appreciate any advice on how to fix this issue.

Hi
yes did this just a few days ago with no issues! Just log into your account. On subscription page change subscription to new plan you want then chose change on renewal day. A few days later my new subscription started with new plan and rate which was cheaper for me so good savings!

You will need to login to your account and go to Subscription and Add-on>Change Subscription>look for the plan and subscribe on your next renewal date.

yes, you did it on the wrong place if you have a PM account already
Please login to My Account, click Change Subscription and find this plan, and you can schedule a plan change using Change on Renewal
