I have trouble accessing the Purchase Sim card page on the app too. If you need to buy esimz you have no other choice, but I think support can help and send you the eSIM QR code.

Because it's an esim not a physical Sim and I know how to transfer it to the phone but the app from public mobile will not open any of the links as in if I push or touch purchase sim it tells me there's an error if I touch change sim there's an error

@Kimoakdale Just wondering, why do you need a new sim? If you have a new phone you can just take the physical sim out of the old one and put it in the new one.

it happens sometimes to me too
try to uninstall the app and reinstall and hope that helps
