My mom's on a trip overseas and I wanted to add some international roaming data and minutes for her in case of emergency, problem is whenever I try to log into her account, it prompts a 2 step verification, which I can't do because her cellphone is with her...in china... and she doesn't have roaming enabled yet... Doubt there's a way but figured I would ask

There should be the option that says didnt receive this code and have it sent to email.
But Public Mobile does not work in China or internationally so that wouldn't help her unfortunately.

PM does NOT offer any 'overseas' service.
Only service is on this continent. If she is in USA or Mex you can change her plan (upgrade) to Can/USA/Mex plan so she can use her phone in any of these 3 countries like she is at home.
