Howdy! So it could be a connection issue you may want to in settings to move from automatically finding a service provider to manually picking Public Mobile as well making sure you have it set a LTE network not 3G. Again it could be a reception issue but it persist I recommend messaging PM for Tech Support

log in to the Settings in your phone to see if volte is available for you. What kinda phone are you using ?

@Grandkids it could be just a local network issue, or device
was it working well before and just start having issue? or you just joined and got that problem?
What kind of phone do you have ? brand and model?
does it work better when you are in a different area?
