After activation with esim have erro esim activation failed and only has SOS. Bought a new sim thinking this is just sim sim issue. After changing sim with physical sim. Still has SOS.
Don’t know what to do. CS never respond since yesterday.

Did you resolve the issue? My problem is very similar to yours but I’m just about to go into the store to order a physical sim. They said everything was activated on their end. Now I can’t even port out to another service provider because I don’t have sms data or calls. Rip

I have exact issue. SOS since Jan 26, 7pm until now no resolution.
Started with eSim and bought sim from Amazon thinking maybe just fixed if I change to physical sim but did not solved the issue.
Tried inserting the Physical sim to 3 different phones all the same with SOS.
CS responded to me last night from my message the night it started with SOS and CS raised a ticket to their technical team and was told to wait 24-48 hours response time and could be faster.

Could you please take a look into my case as well? I already created a ticket last Sunday/Monday
Currently I have no services (call, data, text) after activation. However I got an email from public mobile confirming that my activation is active and ready for use.
I took the non-working physical SIM card to a different phone S25 and no services with that phone as well. The phone says unprovisioned/unregistered SIM. Thank you for your attention

I did move the simcard to 3 different phones still the same. IPhone 15, 15 Pro Max and 14 Pro Max.

CS_Agent are probably swamped with porting issue on the 50% off promo.
My guess is it may take longer than 2-3 days to straighten everything out.
