After activation with esim have erro esim activation failed and only has SOS. Bought a new sim thinking this is just sim sim issue. After changing sim with physical sim. Still has SOS.Don’t know what to do. CS never respond since yesterday.

I did move the simcard to 3 different phones still the same. IPhone 15, 15 Pro Max and 14 Pro Max.
