After activation only has SOS - Help!

After activation with esim have erro esim activation failed and only has SOS. Bought a new sim thinking this is just sim sim issue. After changing sim with physical sim. Still has SOS.

Don’t know what to do. CS never respond since yesterday.

Could you please take a look into my case as well? I already created a ticket last Sunday/Monday

Currently I have no services (call, data, text) after activation. However I got an email from public mobile confirming that my activation is active and ready for use.

I took the non-working physical SIM card to a different phone S25 and no services with that phone as well. The phone says unprovisioned/unregistered SIM.  Thank you for your attention

I did move the simcard to 3 different phones still the same. IPhone 15, 15 Pro Max and 14 Pro Max.

CS_Agent are probably swamped with porting issue on the 50% off promo.

My guess is it may take longer than 2-3 days to straighten everything out.

I wonder if it is the phone.  do you have another phone to test the physical sim card?

we are just customers, so, you really need PM agent to help with that.  The support queue is long, it will take time, please reply his last message and ask
