After more than 3 weeks of ongoing seemingly unsolvable account problems all related to EverSafe,  CS agent MIHAELA_N patiently worked with me to find a solution .

 I have never ranted that PM is a lousy company or was impolite to CS agents .

As I said before, agents are great people. You just have to be polite and patient and explain your account issue in clear manner.

Ranting how PM is lousy company will not get you anywhere. If you do not like service there are many other competitors to choose from.
