yes they can, even though the solution is correct, it got removed.

@Typhon We have been given an authorization to mark the correct solutions if someone marked it wrong. This is also to prevent "gaming" the system for rewards. It has happened many times in the past, and so PM is aware of this process. 

We can't delete anyone's post. It gets moved to an archive which only PM staff and Oracles can see. Mostly, this is to remove any advertisement or something that doesn't fit the topic. There are rules and policies in place and that many don't read before posting. 

Oracles can't ban anyone. I wish we had that power lol
