Hi I did transfer phone number while activating my service. Now after 24 hours, I still can’t receive phone calls. Can anyone help

@Yuanxi - Seems like a port issue, please contact the live support porting team from a message I sent you (In your Private Message inbox via your mail icon in top right corner next to your hockey profile pic or within your hockey profile picture.
Make sure you have your old Providers SIM inside to verify it and keep it in until it has no service, then remove it.

Did you get a text from the other provider about the port? Did you say yes? Have you rebooted your phone? Have you tried your SIM card in another phone to confirm? Sometimes the SIM card in a different phone can help.
