I had the same issue and I was able to update card info by using Google Chrome instead of Mozilla Firefox. Hope this helps ! 🙂

If updating CC info fails after first time and after changing your browser second time, contact agent for assistance.

Hi @Nymax you can login to My Account to do it yourself.  Go to , Payment page and click Mange my card and you can update it yourself
