Adding money to my account

I for some reason since the website changed, cannot add money to my account to renew for the month. Is anyone else having this problem?? So frustrating. I click on add money and it does nothing.

So when someone see adding funds to an account you get an SMS ? @Timer

Do you get a verification code by email or SMS when updating payment info or manage details there @Timer  ?

I just tried using my registered credit card.....no problem. 

Old iPad using Safari.

I just tried and it works as expected.

Try using different browser or incognito mode. Page offered me to charge my register card or to use different payment method.

@Jodi82   Try clearing your browser cache/cookies and use incognito/privacy mode before logging in and select Payments option from the left hand side of page.

If paying with a voucher, you can dial 611 on your phone to add the funds too.

To Login Page

and go to payment,,, manage payment method and update card information and save payment.

you will get verification code by email or SMS
and inserting the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 5 second automatically be login,,

until you complete updated credit card payment use vouchers,

if you need ASAP to make payment you can go to Shell Stations to purchase vouchers

and add to your account by call *611

once connected press (1) then (1) again and enter the 12 digit PIN #,
