So i bought a 45$ card...and my plan is 43.....i added it and it said my account ballance is 70$ Why Didnt my plan renew?! thats problem one....problem two is that i forgot my security question and locked my online account thing so i couldnt even look to see what the problem was with my plan...?Help?

Is your renewal date today July 7th? Renewals often run late. When they do so adding a voucher will only top up your available funds until the payment system is ready to debit your plan amount from your account balance. If you still have service then you are okay but hou will still need to contact customer support to regain access to your self serve account.

If you can login to your account, you will need to create a ticket through SIMon Chatbot or private message a CS_Agent to help you access your account and look into your payment.
They will be available from 6:00am to 11:00pm EST.

Is it renewing today? 611 and Self Serve will say suspended for no reason. If your phone works, you're good. Renewals don't finish until later in morning.
