A50 is not VoLTE compatible with PM and I am not sure if it is VoLTE compatible with A&T and T-Mobile

but as I said, try to connect to T-Mobile and set 3G Only as network mode.  Go to T-Mobile store for help

If the phone still cannot connect to T-Mobile, then stay with AT&T and use VoIP app to make calls. download TextNow or Fongo and make and receive calls using the app

that would be the problem, you need to try T-Mobile.  So, you tried to change network and set network to manual and let the phone shows what network it sees?

What brand and model is your phone?

anther trick is bring your phone to a T-Mobile kiosk and ask them to help you to connect to T-Mobile

How do I do that?  I have an android.  Mobile networks has data which is set to roaming on

Network mode is set at Ltd/Wcdma/GSM auto connect

as explained, try T-Mobile

Start with leaving the network mode as Automatic, if still not work, then change network mode to 2G if the option is there

for voice, what phone do you have ? you might be able to use VoLTE.  you can try connect both AT&T and T-Mobile and see if volte work

if not, connect manually to T-Mobile and test calls first.  If still not works, while you are at T-Mobile, change network mode to 2G and try again

if nothing works, then you will need to use VoIP app as workaround.  Best to choose TextNow. It allows you to make calls using the app on Wifi or mobile data

When you're in Canada, does VoLTE work?  If it doesn't, you might not be able to use voice services while in the U.S.

@Janice58  Out you phone to 4G/LTE and connect to T mobile or AT&T if still issue with voice try phone set to 2G and connect only to T mobile
