Unfortunately then that is most probably what you have to do; buying the voucher. People here are users like you and don't have any special access to diagnose your problem. Ask nicely the service agent about your inability to buy vouchers easily, and see if they can help you out with an alternative solution. It's worth a try, but I don't know if there's any other way 😞

Yes but they are telling to me go buy a voucher and wait a month to try again, I’ve had this card work with public mobile many times before, so it’s issue with their system and they are not trying to fix this issue, I’ve looked and seen that other people have had this issue

again, it is a payment system issue, 

but get voucher first, there is no extra service fees if you get it from stores

here has been lots of payment card issue and more lately

please wait an hour and try again, some even say wait 24 hours, then login using Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser.  If possible, try another card as well

if you need to get your service back quicker, get a voucher from Shoppers drug mart and load the voucher using *611. 

You mentinoed that costs an extra $20.  No, there is no service fess with getting vouches form store.  You have not paid for this month yet, so buying voucher does not cost you anything extra, as long as you buy from stores like Shoppers durg mart and not buying online like from recharge.com

@Jonny6: Certain cards might have issues with the platform in my experience. For example I have seen some members having issues with pre-paid cards. Is your card issued by a major Canadian bank? I would suggest trying a different card which is issued by the big 5 banks in Canada (TD, Scotia, Bank of Montreal, CIBC, RBC).

And if that is what you are already doing or if that doesn't help go with Handy1's suggestion below of direct messaging the service agent.

@Jonny6  You can but payment vouchers from shoppers or 7-11 shell gas and they don’t have a fee attached like the online recharge.com . But yes there’s been issues with updating credit card if you have tried for day and waited 24 hours please submit ticket with support to help
