Add-one, can't see the data which just paied online

Hi, I just paied $15 for 1G data , but it can't be seen online and doesn't work as well

Yeah tell me about it, a few things they could be a little more intuitive but may be some wishful thinking lol

Honest, I see some people compare this with a vending machine, but it doesn't need to be that way.  Still don't understand why it is not a single process.  But, unless they revamp the My Account, I don't think they will change it.   So, a vending machine it is for now

Sure wish PM would "streamline" the process so as to get any add-on a little easier. As a newbie...the process is tres cumbersome indeed.

@my1087400   No don't select Plans/add-ons, scroll down to the middle of page and select Purchase Add-ons under My Data and Add-ons, then select the correct add-on from the lists available and follow prompts to complete and reboot phone.

Buying add-on is a 2 steps process, first load fund and then go back to buy.  

 

You have loaded the fund only.  So, just go back to Purchase addon page and make the purchase now

PM will use the money from available fund for this purchase

Sounds like you hit the snag that many do and only did the first step, the system needs you to confirm the add on you want now and purchase add on button needs to be clicked (which is the second step) then data line will show in your add ons and after you reboot your phone it should work

Once you've made sure you have the $15 payment in Available Funds, now click on Purchase Add-ons and then select the correct Add-on you wanted.

I pay through my online account, but there is no change in the plan and add on of the online account after payment,

Log in to your account and check if the $15 is in Available Funds.

Let us know when you've done so.

@my1087400    Buying add-ons is a two step process, first add the funds and then back to the add-on page and buy the applicable add-on.  Sounds like you might have just added the funds and not gone back to purchase.

Hello, I have just paied it, but nothing online. My bank card showed the payment was done as well.

@my1087400    Log into your account and if you see the $15 still as balance on account, then you need to take the second step of purchasing the add-on.

Log in to your account...do you see the $15 sitting there (in Available Funds) ? No go back again and buy the add-on you want. Restart phone and you're good to go.
