Did not receive my sim card after paying online

I did not receive my sim card after ordering online and I can't seem to get hold of agent to talk to.

It has been more than 3 weeks now, I still haven't received my SIM card yet.

@sumeersinha Sim card from PM could take as many as 3 weeks.  You should receive one next week

I ordered on Jul 14 so seems like it has been over 2 weeks now. It said 5-10 business days so I was hoping that it would have reached by now

Receiving SIM from PM usually takes up to 3 weeks so you have to be a little bit patient.

@sumeersinha , when did you ordered your SIM card?

SIM card delivery time is about 10 business day.

If you order your SIM card on the weekend, your order will be process next weekday the earliest.  I will feel like extra long time because of this long weekend.

Send me a private message if you live in Calgary and I will give you a free PM SIM card to get your activation done this weekend.
