I didn’t notice that expiries were added to the add-ons. (It used to be that the add-ons carried forward until they were used up.) I added too much data before I realized the change. How do I refer er a refund for an addon in order to add a different one?

@kim-possible !yes it used to be roll over data add on since march /april this year with new system update that changed and it now expires 30 days after purchase . If you don’t use it you can try contact support and see if they can reverse it for you . Best of luck

Message the CS_Agent and say it was a mistake, they should be willing to remove and reinverse you for the Add-ons.
