Add on not working

My Data was 90% used so I purchased a data add on. The transaction went through my credit card but it is not appearing on my account

Your cache is like a little memory of the websites you have visited and incognito/private mode is a mode used when users want to open a 'fresh' browser. 

The reason some websites perform better when these are utilized is they don't pull info from prior sessions and thus may provide outdated information.

Cache can be cleared from the browser settings. Incognito is a browsing mode that you can open by selecting from the three dots menu and clicking on the New Incognito Tab. Incognito loads web pages with no cache so it pulls new data on the web page you are trying to load.

Are you in the app or the website? Just use those little spinner arrows shown earlier wherever you see them.

Did you get that 90% from 611 or was it from your phone? Maybe you have a data limiter set on your phone. I don't think this place warns at 90%. I think it's 75 and 95 (and maybe even 100).

@KathieLaForge I trust using Incgonito mode more

Also, check the payment history page and see if it shows the transaction

Website has caching issues.  Maybe try to login with a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. That should give you the most accurate plan details.  If you don't see the add-on, check payment history to see if you have the extra available funds.

simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons
