Yes, it is.  The 3G/4G/5G terminology mentioned in the plan advertising is only a reference to maximum avaialble speeds on these plans.  All plans have access to the same networks.

@Codeninja  Yes it’s nothing to worry about , you will still get the data speed your paying for .you can always change your cellular data to 4G/LTE also in phone settings

Yes. I get a 5G status on my phone for $15 a .25GB 3G speed plan.
