it's worth repeating...you also need to have an Active PM account.If account is Suspended, the add-on won't work until account is Active again.

If your add on appears at the bottom of your overview page try rebooting your phone then make a call.
Add ons appear immediately after purchase. If they don't and the transaction shows in your payment history ( both the added funds and the purchase of the add on) then contacting the moderators is necessary to fix the issue.

Purchasing an add on is a 2 step process. You need to add the funds to your account and then you need to back in and purchase the add on. Confirm in self service that the add on has been purchased as suggested by @TheGx

It should be clear clarification in FAQ (if it is not already there) how add-ons work and when they become active.
If you added now, just now your minutes, maybe system need some time to refresh your account, but it should be no longer than 24 hours.
Maybe MODs could help you out, please contact them.

@karthicrangaraj :Just to be sure it added on properly, can you log into self serve and post screen shot for us and remember to remove all personal information in picture? If it added properly it will show at bottom left side of your overview page.
