I tried to increase the number of In-Canada minutes from a current number of 100 to 500 by purchasing an Add-On.   My credit card was charged but the number of minutes shown on my account is still 100.   Why?

@rgevans14  Add-ons are one time charges not "monthly". They remain on your account until completely used up.

Thanks, I was finally able to get it to work.   Is the add-on only active for one month or does it renew every month until cancelled?

Log in to your account...click on Plan & Add-ons...look on right side and you'll see a circular percentage counter with  "500 min Canada-wide Long Distance "...it'll show you how much you started with and how many minutes are remaining.

rebooting device,and call *611 to check it out the minutes right ,, or use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode, and Login Page

Edit, the Canada wide calling for $5 will show as a separate line item in your addon section. Not added to your plan minutes.

 


The process is no longer two steps.  As of July 13, any necessary payments will be done at the same time as selecting the add-on for purchase.

  2. Go back to the Add-Ons page and select your Add-On.
