I tried to increase the number of In-Canada minutes from a current number of 100 to 500 by purchasing an Add-On. My credit card was charged but the number of minutes shown on my account is still 100. Why?
I have received a message on my phone saying that my bill has not been paid and therefore I cannot place any calls. Per my Public Mobile account, I last paid $15 on June 16 and July is not yet due. Why is my phone blocked?
