Phone is Blocked

I have received a message on my phone saying that my bill has not been paid and therefore I cannot place any calls.   Per my Public Mobile account, I last paid $15 on June 16 and July is not yet due.   Why is my phone blocked?

HI @rgevans14   Your last paid was June 16.  Unless you are on the 90 days grandfathered plan, PM has a 30 days cycle and your renewal date should be July 16

Can you login to My Account and check the account status?  Is it Active?

your service 30 day in here is on june-16 then next july-15 

in your account have autopay.

@rgevans14- unless you are on an old 90 days plan, you would have been due for a payment on or around July 16.
