I am trying to reactivate my account.
I still have 10 days left to complete 90 days. All the options are greyed out for me.
Could someone help with this issue?

@softech, the users line was in suspension and they only had a few days left to reacitivate.

Maybe is an account renewal issue? It just took longer than usual today?

@arunesh : That's a very interesting discovery. Hmm I wonder if that might work in other cases.

This solution worked for me. Chatted with Simon:
1. Asked me to login to account.
2. Logged in and it asked me to choose a question.
3. I chose Managed my account.
4. It asked me the option to active the account and it activated my account.
5. Now, I am able to submit my payment but earlier I wasn't able to submit my payment.
(Well that's a novelty with member appreciating SIMon 🤔 ..... Luddite)

close all Browser and clear cache and cookies,
and try open one Browser inPrivate mode,
or try different Browser and open incognito mode,
first Active your account
try Payment Type: selected other ( Enter the desired payment amount )

When I click on reactivate, it will take me to the payment page but SUBMIT button will stay disabled.

@arunesh : Click on the Reactivate button and make a payment using the Other option to get your balance up to your plan costs. It should renew.

To buy add-ons you will need to have your account active. You can't have a suspended plan and just add a calling add-on

You can't buy add-ons on suspended accounts.
