PM Support is all online. You can open a ticket if you need CS Agent to look into the issue. However, you might be able to do it yourself quickly without opening a ticket
Do you need to change your credit card on My Account? If so, you can do it yourself.
Please login to My Account, click on the Payment Tab and click on Manage credit card at the bottom. Then click on Replace my credit card and then you can enter your new credit card info there
