look like we still have higher than usual number of posts regarding voice/text today.  Maybe the issue on Telus side is not fully resolved yet?

Hello @ softtech

my issues with voice and text have been resolved but restarting my phone did not help. What did help was putting my sim into another phone as recommended. When it was returned to my current phone all worked normally. My sincere thanks for the help offered. It was a difficult day.

Yes, yesterday, while Telus page show resolved, some customers still reporting issue

Let's hope today is a better day  🙂

@softech It looks like it was intermittent for some customers. It's confirmed service is back to normal.

I have rebooted my phone but still have no cell service and can some times send and receive text messages. Hoping this is resolved soon. I’m sure everyone is working very hard on it

I had some issue yesterday with text too, then worked after around 2 hours

had problem this morning, but I rebooted, no luck, then waited 30 mins and working again.  I hope it is really fully resolved.
