Cannot call landline numbers or receive calls from landlines

Myself and my wife are code (250) cannot receive or make calls to any landline in same area codes today.

I submitted a ticket which was a real pain in new system. Anyone else have this issue?

Hi. None of these solutions worked so sent a PM as well as a ticket. No response yet.

Telus has been having some VoLTE issue and affecting calls and text.  Issue should have been resolved but there are still posts about calls and text issue today

First, the ticket.  Best way to open ticket is to message them.  So,if you have been waiting and no reply yet, please message support again

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
 
While you are waiting for support, maybe try this couple steps and see if it helps resolving the issue before support replies
  • first try to reboot the phone
  • If that does not work, change the Preferred network type or network mode to 3G only or WCDMA only and see if it works
  • Try to click Reset All Networks and see if it helps
  • and do you have another phone to test the PM sim ? just to make sure it is not a device problem.  Also, that can force a sim card re-provision and it could resolve the problem
  • Also, try the phone in another area if possible, it could be just a local network outage
