Excuse me, I just switched to a 90-day plan of 117 dollars. I received a bill of 124 dollars. I have automatic payment and a user of more than five years. It should be 96 dollars plus tax. Where is the problem, thank you.

As mentioned above, rewards are based on the previous plan cycle, so in the transition from 30 day to 90 day plans you'll only get 1x rewards. $117 - $2 (autopay) - $5 (loyalty) = $110, plus 13% tax is $124.30.
As you are going through this cycle you'll find the following:
Current data points suggest that, for a (2023) 90day plan on $ rewards:
- 3x $2 = $6 autopay rewards will be added to available funds on the afternoon before renewal (to be confirmed, since the 90 day only came out end of May, so no completed 90 day cycle and renewal yet)
- loyalty rewards added to available funds on day 30, 60 and 90
- RAF rewards added to available funds on day 30, 60 and 90
- Community rewards, if you earned some, added to available funds as they are given out every month
So you'll get 3x rewards, just not exactly how you are used to from previous experience. They will be applied as available funds over the next 90 days and, if you don't use them for buying add-ons, will be used for your next renewal.
Note: Past the first month the payment prediction / "upcomaing payment" is inaccuarate as it does not take into consideration the rewards that have already been added to available funds. So if you rely on payment vouchers make sure to do your math and essentially pay plan cost minus available funds as shown by the afternoon before renewal.

Please note that you will be receiving only 1x the reward when you first change from a 30 days cycle to 90 days
Remember, rewards are earned at the end of a plan cycle. PM will credit rewards to your account on the last day of the cycle. These rewards will then be used towards your renewal on the following day
Since you are moving from a 30 days cycle, you have only earned one month worth of rewards, and the 1 month worth of rewards will therefore be applied on your new renewal, the plan change for your 90 days.
Once you done the 90 days plan once, your will then earn 3 months (or 90 days) worth of rewards, so, your subsequent renewals will have a bigger rewards amount (3 months or 90 days).
