I bought a simcard with plan by cash
I couldbt active my simcard
I have pin number but the website said is not correct
What should i do?

See.....will pm consider reversing this ill thought out concept of limiting sim card sales to koodo and telus corporate stores and the limitation of needing a credit card (that cannot be removed from the account by the user especially if someone else agreed to help by using their credit card) to activate? And the automatic registration of said card at activation for the inaccurately named pre-authorized payments?
There have been several complaints about both telus and koodo selling sim cards and vouchers to potential customers without properly informing them of the limitations to activations. These are non-refundable purchases!! This is not serving the public or pm well at all when telus and koodo corporate store staff have not been trained to properly inform customers and contributing to a very poor public image of public mobile and has increased costs to customers by eliminating lower cost activation options.
Public Mobile is supposed to be a low cost provider and as per pm's own marketing slogan...
Switching is easy with no contracts, no credit checks (but you require a credit card to activate?!!), or hidden fees(except non-refundable voucher and sim card purchases that can't be activated without a credit card and the ability of corporate stores to charge more than the MSRP of $10 for a SIM card?!!). You’ll never have to worry about being locked in (except being automatically subscribed to pre-authorized payments upon activation and the inability for the customer to remove the credit card from their accounts?!!), or surprises on your bill (other than your data bonus promotion disappearing from your account and incorrect 30 day cycle dates in their self serve accounts?!!)
So is this really true?

There are so many wrongs committed in this update and transformation of pm back to an online activation only model its almost laughable....except it's not.😔😕😝

Unfortunately, a voucher PIN cannot be used to activate a new account. A Visa, Mastercard, or Amex credit card, or Visa/Mastercard Debit card is required.
