I have tried to activate my account, you have charged my Visa twice for $56 and $45 please help

For activating you will need to use the app if you haven’t already as all new activations require the app.
As for the double charges, did you make two accounts and select different plans while trying to activate?
I’d suggest reaching out to customer support for assistance and they’ll be able to look into the double charges for you.
