Hi,
New PM user trying to activate my SIM... everything was working but now unable to log into my account on mobile or laptop to finish activation... keep getting Forbidden A1 message and cannot submit a ticket. For iphone 11..I currently has a USA eSIM but I've turned it off and I have a physical PM SIM. Thanks

@nicole181 try to reboot your phone and click Reset all networks me see the new activation works
if not, message support for help
Update: Sorry you said everything working and just login. Try Incognito mode first or message support if that does not help
