Hi, posting on behalf of a referral. They just switched to public yesterday afternoon and can make calls but when people call them it goes straight to voicemail

Hi, I paid for the 300 international minutes add on last week but when I try to place a call to a US # it keeps saying I cannot complete the call as I’ve used all available minutes. Help pls 

My mistake, he's unable to call out as well so he can't call the number
