New user cannot receive calls

Hi, posting on behalf of a referral. They just switched to public yesterday afternoon and can make calls but when people call them it goes straight to voicemail

if he cannot call out too, it will be account setup problem

My mistake, he's unable to call out as well so he can't call the number

you friend ported the number into PM?

Did he get a text from the old carrier, did he reply YES?

It could be an incomplete port.  PM porting support team can help.  I have sent you the porting support team number.  Please check your Community inbox (envelope on top right), check for the number and call
