HI @katiahussein You don't even have access to your email?
If so, you want to create a new email address first. Then open ticket with CS Agent and ask them to help changing My Account to link up to the new email address
Once this is done, you can do Change SIM card as advised above
To open ticket with PM to change email address tied with your My Account:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

The change sim requires either a working email inbox or a phone. I assume you mean your email is no longer accessible ie. no longer subscribed.
Otherwise your email should be accessible via webmail. Then you can do this all yourself in the account under change sim.

If you have access to your account, get new SIM and change it through account
If you have NO access to your account and account is not deactivated/closed contact agent for assistance.
To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent
If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.
