Password not working

I have my passwords saved, and I keep them written down so forgetting isn’t what happened, it simply tells me the information is wrong, this has happened before and I had to change my password even though the information I was using was in fact correct. Now it’s happened again, except this time it’s still telling me my information is wrong after just changing it - I also changed it before getting locked out since it happened before. Though now after changing I was locked out yesterday at 11:30 am and I am STILL locked out going on 24 hours later now. So I can’t even reset again, despite the fact that I shouldn’t have to, not sure why the login isn’t working but this is ridiculous.

I’ve been locked out for 24 hours now at this point, I did use the contact agent info though, thank you!

HI @annoyed2022   you can wait an hour and try again

 

If fails, try to reset the password with the Forgot Password link there

 

If still unable to login, open ticket with PM CS Agent:

 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

  1. start by typing : Contact CS Agent
  2. then Click "Contact Us"
  3. then Click "Other"
  4. finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
    you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

@annoyed2022 hi yes it can get a little ridiculous  sometimes if you tried all that

Did you try different browser? Incognito mode?

If nothing works you will have to contact agent to unlock your account.

To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.
