I'm new to public mobile and recently purchased a new sim along with a top up voucher. I entered all my information and at the end when it came to payment I don't see a option for voucher. Could someone help me with this?

@Bape your Community account is good enough for now. You can now open ticket with PM using the link I provided above in Step 1. Then monitor the Community inbox for PM 's reply and they will advise in the following steps

You have to contact agent to open account for you and put it in suspended mode. Then you can use voucher and pay for it.
