Activating new sim with payment voucher

I'm new to public mobile and recently purchased a new sim along with a top up voucher. I entered all my information and at the end when it came to payment I don't see a option for voucher. Could someone help me with this?

the only account I've created is for here the community group.

 

@Bape  your Community account is good enough for now.  You can now open ticket with PM using the link I provided above in Step 1.  Then monitor the Community inbox for PM 's reply and they will advise in the following steps

You have to contact agent to open account for you and put it in suspended mode. Then you can use voucher and pay for it.

I don't have an account as I didn't finishing setting up, the only account I've created is for here the community group.

@Bape yes, you can activate by voucher too, but it involves a bit of extra work:

 

  1. Open ticket with PM support by direct message them:
    https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
     **Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
  2. PM support reply and ask you for the sim card number, an email address used for the activation (login for My Account).   
    They will activate the account with the sim card.  The account will have status SUSPENDED. 
    PM Support will then sent you the login and password. 
  3. Once the account is setup, you can login to My Account and load your voucher to finally activate the service.
