Anyone know if it’s possible to activate the 29$ 20gb plan as an existing customer? Doesn’t seem fair that it’s not available to those who have been loyal for years.

For existing customers, PM has been sending promotion to customers, and some of those promotions are the deals that for new activation only
Also, some have luck asking PM agent direct. You might want to try.

No. This is for NEW customers Only.
File complain with the agent; maybe it will reach higher management...
