4G Plans gone for existing customers?

Title says it all. I planned to change my old plan to one of the 4G plans today since my legacy rewards ended, it wasn't going to be much more money. They plans were there yesterday, but they are gone today. My phone is too old to make use of 5G, plus I don't want to pay more for the extra data etc. that I'll never use....anyone have any insight?

For what it's worth, I did reach out to customer support - but I'm less than optimistic that they will do anything...I hate that I'll probably need to look elsewhere for a plan that meets my budget and my needs...

There are a couple new plans now available for existing customers so check your account if one of them will work for you.  I believe they are $29 for 10gb and $19 for 1gb.

@Broyall  yea, it was removed now says new activations only for the $29.00 plan at 40GB 4G.

If you reached out and they already said no, unfortunately there is nothing else other than to keep watching the site and click on Change on Renewal to lock it in to your renewal regardless of when your cycle renews.
