Activate "My Account"

Hi there. I am a new PM user and need to activate My Account so I can manage my PM account on-line. What will be the process please?

Normally they will get back to you from 2 hours to 2 days…depending on how busy they are.


The officail hours stop at 10pm eastern time.

Thank you. I have opened the ticket. Will anyone contact me? How long does it take?

HI @notik2112   Yes, this is how you activate My Account now since you activated in-store earlier. 

 

Just click on the link

 

 

then Click "Contact Us"
finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

Finish open the ticket as a "Password & Username Reset" ticket

you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

The link asks me to Submit a Ticket to ServiceRep. Is it how I get "My Account" setup? And yes, I did activate in the store.

tried use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
