I transferred to Bell on 11/26 and a payment was taken on my credit card on 11/25. How can I be reimbursed for the overpayment? Thanks for your help!

You missed one day as most likely your renewal day was 25.11 but porting out occurred NEXT day.
PM will not reimburse you, unfortunately as renewal occurred officially.

@Hugon !sorry PM is pre paid and no refunds . you should have ported out a few days before your renewal date , but you can try your luck with support
