My account has been suspended and I don't know why. Plan was deactivated and it won't let me reactivate, yet a payment was taken from my account today. Please explain.

@Dermotdillon Was the Account status showing only "Plan Expired"? If so, that does not mean it was deactivated. Please try to reboot your phone once again and then try to make calls. If payment was taken by Autopay , it should be good and it should have renewed without issue

All accounts will cycle through the status of "expired/deactivated" then back to "active" on renewal day. Does your phone still work as usual, for calls, text and data?
If yes, just ignore your account status, it will fix itself. This freaks everyone out on renewal day initially 😅
