I have bought a pre own phone ten months again . this morning the screen has a 3 line on one side up and down and phone is not working... I live in Pembroke , Ontario I would like to found out how I can get this repaired.

The telus store won't be able to help until public mobile gives you the info for the warranty repair then once you have that and present it to them they will commence the warranty service. $2 for an ice cream is still a good deal.....mmmmm....rum raisin, maple walnut, pistachio....ohhh it's so hard to decide!

This is not been easy the telus we went to can't help go figure and as for Brum dairy yes still there and the ice cream is still go however the cost is over $2:00 now Thank-You for your help

Contact customer support with the email you used for your order, the order# and the shipping address that your phone was delivered to....and ask for warranty service. You will need to bring the phone to your nearest telus retail outlet. They will give you a loaner phone while they assess your phone for repair. Back up the data on your phone as you will likely need to factory reset the phone before repair for security reasons.
Lol...seems I am walking down memory lane lately as I lived in Pembroke as a kid. Is Brum's Dairy still there? We used to ride our bikes down the highway (62?) to buy ice cream cones ($0.25/1 scoop or $0.50/2 scoops!)
