@Media2021 You need to login to your self serve account and disable pre-authorized payment tab or contact customer support for assistance as advised 3 weeks ago. Just follow the instructions in the solution.

HI @Media2021 you just want to manual pay ? or you want to leave PM ?
You can disable it by logging into My Account, then go to Payment page
or if you know your 4 digits PIN, you can call *611 and disable it there, but you will need to use the 4 digits PIN

@Media2021 You can disable pre-authorized payments from the Payment page.
If you're putting the account into suspension, reminder to pay before the 90th day of suspension (86th) to keep the account and number from being deactivated.

Just need to login My Account and disable Pre-Authorized payments from the Payment page->Manage Payment Method.
Please note if you disable that, you will have to manually pay ahead of the renewal or your account will be suspended
