I was trying to pay my balance, I had topped up my funds and when I was trying to pay, it still says my account is on hold and i needed to pay, the available fund was back. But, my cycle was back to zero. I tried changing my subscription in the hopes of it working but all it did was do the same thing, account still on hold, cycle reset, but this time it took the money and I just want to know what is happening

Open a ticket with PM using the orange Chatbot icon on lower right, type Submit ticket and choose Contact Us and it will bring you to the open ticket window

There were 2 posts about seeing the warning but no service interruption. So, if you have service, just igore

@alliahlucero are services working ? If not try and reboot the phone . Of services work and your getting this message just ignore it . If still no luck submit ticket with support
