how to fix Call settings error Network or SIM card error?
It used to work but stopped working few weeks ago. Tried reset, reboot phone. re-inserted SIM card etc...Nothing works. so cannot forward phone call to a different phone.

@Donmoto Can try to reset network settings see if that helps . But you can also ask support to investigate also
submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
If that doesn’t work you can always send direct private message to support .

@Donmoto to rule out a faulty SIM card are you able to try it out in another phone? If you still have problems you'll need to get a new SIM card. You can contact a CS_agent by clicking the small orange circle in the bottom right corner and type: Customer Support Agent
