Why am I getting an email that my account has been put on hold and that you didn't receive my payment (received today August 6 at 12:33 pm.
I logged into my account and I am set up for auto pay and a payment was taken yesterday.

Exactly the same thing just happened to me. Auto pay has been linked to the same credit card for years and never a problem until this glitch. I probably over reacted as I am very sensitive about my credit and don't like it when I am falsely accused of not paying a bill.

@Lauri2 , it seems like customers that renewed recently are getting errant emails about suspended service. If the service is still running and account is showing as active, delete the email and take no further action.

@Lauri2 if services still work just ignore , seems to be system wide glitch . Many customers getting same error message
